Do you ever have those days when something rubs you the wrong way and you just want to explode like dynamite! Apparently, AC/DC did. I definitely have, too. This 10-minute meditation is designed to reprogram your brain from having those explosives reactions that you deeply regret later. After a couple years of sporadically practicing this meditation, I have found that I have a much easier time pausing when I am experiencing an intense emotion. Without acting out on it right away, I breathe through it and then make a conscious choice on whether or not to act on it. If I do choose to act on it, I have an easier time deciding how I am going to deal with it. This is a valuable skill that takes time to learn.
